Tassie Dog Trolleys
Made in Tasmania.
Fed up with annoying squeaks and shakes? TIG welding by hand produces a stronger, silent rust proof trolley. We use a thicker gauge aluminium adding even more strength.
Also with stainless steel bolts, hardware and hinges.
Each trolley is made by cutting, drilling, welding, and riveting from start to finish in my small workshop here in Hobart.
I believe strongly in supporting Australian and am continually locating quality materials and parts from local suppliers.

Trolleys
All trolleys are made to order. Each trolley takes several hours to make, which I fit in around weekend Trials and training. It can take a few weeks to begin building your Trolley - I will communicate with you around expected completion dates once we agree on your order.
You can customise some components of the build such as:
- Door latch
- Opening direction of door
- Water bucket and fan brackets
- Standard or 100mm extra height*
- single or double door (with divider)*
Currently we offer 2 different sizes - Standard and Large*
Final costs depend on what features you select.

Standard Trolley
Single berth Trolley
length = 900mm (plus 100mm for handles)
width = 600mm
height = 700mm (plus 150mm for wheels)
Features:
- Single door with easy use latch
- Anti slip hard wearing top and base
- 100mm lockable caster wheels
- full folding design, measuring 130mm wide
Weight = less than 14.5kg
Upgrade options include:
- Tall crate at 100mm extra height
- 2 berth double doors with middle divider
- Grips on handles
Large Trolley

length = 104mm (plus 100mm for handles)
width = 700mm
height = 800mm (plus 150mm for wheels)
Features:
- Single door with double latch
- Anti slip hard wearing top and reinforced base
- 100mm lockable caster wheels
- full folding design, measuring 130mm wide
Upgrade options include:
- 2 berth double doors with middle divider
- Grips on handles
